    Our Mission

At Lighthouse Church our mission is to be a book of Acts church that shows Jesus to our community.  Our desire is to see lives transformed by meeting needs, giving hope, building strong families, and guiding individuals to fulfill their God called purpose.  We fulfill our mission by loving God, growing together, and serving others.

    Love. . .

    • God with all our soul, body, mind, and strength.
    • Others without condition.
    • So they know that Jesus lives among us.
    • Beyond people's hurts, pains, and heartaches.
    • Beyond the walls of the church and into the community as Jesus did.

    Grow. . .

    • Generously to build God's kingdom.
    • Unselfishly as stewards of God's resources.
    • So that God receives the glory.
    • Because we are blessed to be a blessing.
    • To honor God through dynamic, Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship and prayer.

    Serve. . .

    • Others compassionately where they are.
    • The community.
    • The world.
    • By developing a culture of servant-hood.

    Our Beliefs

At Lighthouse church we believe there are three essential truths. . .

The Bible is the word of God

Jesus was God in the flesh

    We must be born again

"All scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives.  It straightens us out and teaches us to do what is right."
    - 1 Thessalonians 2:13 (NLT)
"And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:  God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen by angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up in glory."
    - 1 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV)
"Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again."  "How can someone be born when they are old?" Nicodemus asked. . . "No one can enter he kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit."  -John 3:3-5
